How graduated compression works
Firmest at the ankle
Pressure is strongest where blood and fluid tend to settle.
Gentler toward the knee
Compression gradually decreases up the leg.
Legs feel lighter
Graduated pressure helps support the upward flow of blood, so legs feel less heavy and tired.

Questions, answered
How do I find my size?
Tap Find my size next to the size buttons and enter your shoe size or measurements. If you're between sizes or have larger calves, choose the next size up.
Is there a discount if I buy more than one pair?
Yes. Buy 3 or more of our Knee-High Compression Socks, Ankle Compression Socks or Calf Sleeves and save 15%. You can mix any colors and sizes of the same product. The discount applies automatically in your cart, no code needed.
How tight should they feel?
Snug, not painful. Most people describe it as a firm, steady hug. If a pair pinches, leaves deep marks or feels uncomfortable, you likely need a larger size.
What does mmHg mean?
mmHg is the standard unit for measuring pressure in compression wear. A higher number means a firmer fit. Our knee-high socks, ankle socks and calf sleeves are 15-20 mmHg, a moderate level that most people find comfortable for everyday wear, travel, work and sports.
How do I put them on?
Turn the sock inside out down to the heel, slide your foot in, then roll the rest up your leg. Don't yank from the top, and take off rings or anything sharp first so the fibers don't snag.
How long can I wear them each day?
Most people wear them through their waking hours and take them off at night. If you'd like to wear them overnight, check with your doctor first.
How do I wash them?
Hand wash in cold water with mild soap and dry them flat in the shade. Skip the dryer, fabric softener and bleach, since heat and harsh products wear out the elastic fibers.
How long do they last?
With proper care, about 6 to 12 months of regular wear. When a pair starts feeling loose or slides down, it's time for a new one. Rotating two or three pairs helps each one last longer.
What are they made of?
80% microfiber, 13% cotton, 7% elastane (spandex)
How long does shipping take, and is there a warranty?
Orders arrive in 3 to 8 business days, and shipping is free on orders over $90. Every pair comes with a 30-day factory warranty on manufacturing defects. Just email help@venasense.com.
